Do not give all your power to the hurt, guilt and pain of your past relationships. It takes too much energy to replay those thoughts that will only hold you hostage from moving on and being productive in life. It is so easy to lose yourself if you are not rooted and grounded in something that can absolutely keep you. This is a form of identity theft, please stop letting your past rob you blind."
